Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery – All items are custom-made; please allow 7-14 business days for production plus 3 business days for UAE delivery or 7-10 business days for international delivery (delays may occur due to customs or couriers).

Fees & Duties – Shipping fees are calculated at checkout; international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Tracking & Issues – A tracking number will be provided once shipped; report any damage within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
